I applied for my SSS ID, supposedly I will receive it by December, 2011 but I haven’t receive any until now. Do i need to go to the branch to get my ID even if your staff told me that they will deliver it?

ask ko lang po kung panu poh mapapalitan ung wrong spelling ng apelyedo ko,sa finill-upan ko pong E1 dati,tama naman po yung sinulat ko,pero nung na follow up ko na poh ung sa employee static information mali na poh ung apelyedo ko embes na ainza,aniza na po nakalagay
