i just want to complain the sss office here in our province, san francisco agusan del sur, everytime i want to pay my contribution quarterly,i am a voluntary member now, i encountered these i think 3x or more, they will not accept my payment because they have NO SBR. i hate it because it’s a waste of money for me knowing that tricycle fare in todays are so high.i wasted 16 pesos just for my fare only,i’m so disappointed.is it reasonable that they have no SBR always? i went there june 30,2011. Hoping for your good office to take actions on this.thanks.

Gud mrning to the SSS, butuan city…nganu man nang inyong telepono nga dili man ninyo tubagon,mapudpud nalang akong tudlo ug cgeg dial walay motubag…naa pa usahay nga nagring na,tuslokon ra diretso mawala na dayon…if mao na inyo mga kinaiya ipaputol nalang nang inyo telepono para wala nay motawag sa inyo,para dili namo mahasol pa ok…tnx.
