today, i called on your office….the person who answered the phone is good… after asking all my concerns… she let me talked to your resident doctor…and that,..i was so upset, she is so disappointing, the way she talks and all…while im stating my condition, she immediately cut my voice, and saying…ANO BA TALAGA ANG KAILANGAN NIYO? and i said, i will just ask if i would still file for my husbands benefit re on partial disability claims… and she answered in a rude way with a high voice… SYEMPRE NAMAN! but still i stayed calm and reserved…and let her talk and talk talk…..
asking my place…etc!!!!! to end up the conversation, i kept quiet and said thak you!

im expecting these people, or PROFESSIONALS…should treat each person with respect!!!

I called also today bout my contribution..and ask for an assistance..I ask some questions regarding my contribution which got a problem, coz the company i’ve been wasnt able to pay it at the right time..maayos naman nung una..xempre as a caller marami akong tanong,.since we dont have an idea on how can i claim the unpaid months from my previous company..later on during our conversation binabaan nlang nya ako ng fone..nakakabastos..parang hindi mga professional..alalahanin naman sana na ang mga tao ang dapat nyong pagsilbihan..kaya kayo nanjan para tulungan ang mga tao..

sana next tym hndi na ganito ang maii encounter namin..salamat..

I just want to follow up on the status of my application on sss id i have filled it a October 2011 it almost a year since i have filled it. can i ask when will i receive it. Coz i need that id. hope you would do a action regarding this matter. thank you very much.

I am earning roughly P47,300 every month. The initial amount I received for my Maternity benefit is P15,000. I am yet to receive the other P15,000 as soon as I give the documents needed. I gave birth via Normal Spontaneous Delivery.

According to the article I read,

Under Article 133(a) of the Labor Code, “Every employer shall grant to any pregnant woman employees who has rendered an aggregate service of at least six months for the last twelve months, maternity leave of at least two weeks prior to the expected date of delivery and another four weeks after normal delivery or abortion, with full pay based on her regular or average weekly wages.”

SSS maternity benefit shall be equivalent to 100% of the pregnant employee’s average daily salary credit for 60 days, or 78 days in case of caesarian delivery.

My question is, am I receiving the correct amount for my maternity benefits? A total of P30,000 is all I will recieve according to the Company HR. As I understand from the above article, I am supposed to receive “100% of the pregnant employee’s average daily salary credit for 60 days”. So that would be P47,300 x 2 months = P94,600.

However, after checking SSS online, I was suprised to see that my average daily allowance is just P500. So if this would be the basis of my maternity benefits, it is correct that the amount due is just P30,000. How do we compute for the Average Daily Allowance?

Am I correct to say that I am not receiving the correct amount that I should get for my SSS maternity pay?

Please do not refer me to the nearest SSS branch because I already did so and I did not get an answer. It seems that the employees themselves do not know how to compute for the Average Daily Allowance. I would appreciate a detailed explanation via correspondence to my inquiry. You can email me at jadeynutmeg@yahoo.com

Review by Snowdog for Liftmaster 976LM/977LM 390Mhz Wireless Keyless Entry PadRating: I bought this as an exact replacement for the original remote. After 9 years, the original remote was working sporadically at best. I would often need to enter the code several times before it worked, and felt the need to push the buttons extra hard as some other reviewers have mentioned (replacing the battery did not help.) The new remote solved all my problems and works perfectly, was well worth the $24.

i have been trying to avail of your loan condonation program but apparently it was unsuccessful. last year, my employer didn’t approve to issue like a post dated check for the installment term, sss wanted me to pay the whole owing amt less the penalty. if this is the case, i don’t see the significance of aviling it through my employer. i am more than willing to pay it off completely, but i can’t afford one time cash out. i hope you’ll come up w/ a 6-month term payment scheme on this. I would appreciate if you’ll take a look on this & if you could give me feedback as well.
    thanks & more power!

    regards,
    arnold

I just wanted to inform you that I’m very dissappointed in your services. I paid my salary loan by using your condonation program last August 30, 2012 at SSS Commonwealh Branch. Mr. Henry Aquino is the person is the one in charge in processing the condonation. I thought all the while that my loan was already paid but when i check my loan status thru online my loan was not yet paid and again interest was added. I called up Mr. Aquino and he said that I did not paid my contribution for three months and I said it was not my fault he told me to only pay the July month and then he told me that I still have to pay the 2 months..so what I did is to pay the 2 months contribtution upon checking again still my loan is still outstanding. What kind of services do you have? Mr. Aquino always telling me that it still on process. I paid my loan in cash then what did i get in return? Why it took so long I paid my loan August 30 and now it’s Sept 25 still outstanding!!!!!
