Hanggang ngayon po sira parin daw ung machine para sa sss id dito sa Lucena City branch. ang tagal ko n pong gustong magpa-id kaya lang itinuturo pa kami sa main branch. hanggang kelan po kaya mgaayos yun, mahirap lang po ako at hindi po madali para sa akin ang pumunta pa main para sa id ko. Sana po masikaso agad.

your official website is always down. before i remeber it was down for a couple of weeks. now its down again! its so unreliable! its so frustrating! whats the purpose of it if we cant check our accounts online anytime we need if its always down! then we still have to go to the nearest sss branch (THAT WILL WASTE OUR TIME!) MAKING PILA TO THE VERY-LONG-ENDLESS members that are waiting for the MABAGAL NA ASSISTANCE NG MGA EMPLOYEES NYO!
having an online presend is good but it should be reliable and available all the time! i understand na magdown sya but a week or more is not acceptable and FREQUENT is also not acceptable.!
