Am writing a complain on my previous employer regarding my SSS contribution from Jan to July 2009 kasi wala akong nakita ni isang contribution na nag reflect don sa online inquiry. I also forward this concern to the SSS Members Relations Department and EUGENIA D. DELA CRUZ told me that i should tell my previous employment to fix this issue. So i wrote again and my previous employer told me that:

“The condonation is still in place. Payments and all other documentations which
you mentioned below were all submitted to SSS Makati 1 Branch as these were
all requirements for the “SSS Condonation Program”.

SSS Makati 1 is located at Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City. Ms. Glenda
Guevara is the Account Officer handling Times Asia’s account. Feel free to
call them and inquire as posting of contribution is their concern”.

Please i would like you to post my contribution from January to July 2009
