I have accomplished the E-1 form already. Am I allowed to pay for my contribution over the counter or only my employer can pay.? What is the difference between Personal record and Self employed data record.

If you are employed, it will be your employer who can pay for your SSS contributions because they will have to drop their share based in your premium. That is, if you pay 100 pesos, they will have to give also 100 pesos so the full contribution that your employer will pay the Social Security System will be 200 pesos.
