Hi I went to your SSS form page but couldn’t find the E1 form to look up my forgotten SSS number. I worked in the Philippines from 1960 to 1980 and I left the Philippines and migrated to the United States. Please send me the link to get the E1 form. Thank you.

3 months npo akong pregnat ngayon, kya lng hndi pa po ako nkapag file ng MAT1 ko kc po yung last na voluntary contribution ko is nung march 2008 pa since po nun hindi nko nkapag hulog ulit, besides meron parin po akong loan na once ko lng din po nahulugan. paano po kaya iyon? makakapag file parin po ba ako ng maternety ko khit na hindi n ako nakakapag hulog ng monthly?

Im earnestly asking favor in behalf of my claimed for death benefits of my father sss member no. 080037638-7. I received his funeral last December 3, 1996, but he died on April 10, 1994. Not able to continue follow =ups his deaths benefits due to financial problems Thank to ur website it more convenient to approach thru this site.
