Hi there! I applied for a “change of status” about 5 months ago and they told me that ill be receiving a letter of confirmation from your good office stating that my change of status has been approved or is now ok…from my single status April Sta. Ana Miclat to April Miclat Balane, Married. I just wanna continue my contribution as well, voluntarily since im just a full time housewife. Please do help me. Thank you.
