i just want to express my frustration with sss…. na-id capture na ko nung january 2008 and nafollow up ko na sa sss and to whomever possible ang tungkol dito but very unfortunately until now 2010 na di pa rin dumarating ang id ko. sabi sa hotline nyo pag nasend na daw ninyo at may job order number na wala na kayong alam pagkatapos. anong klaseng serbisyo ba ang ibinibigay nyo sa aming mga Pilipino? napaka-on time magbayad ng conributions ng company namin pero eto kayo, you’re making us all stupid waiting for this very precious id. and now that i im planning to apply for another baka naman po pagbayarin nyo pa ulit ako na parang ako pa ang may kasalanan.

Please tell me what branch can I apply for the ID Card. dami ko na branch napuntahan lahat wala. Kahit dito sa area namin wala din. My branch nga wala nman ID capture. Please SSS sana make it available in all of your branches. Please make it easier for us to apply.

Pano kung ung company ay hnd ngpprocess ng sss contributions. I mean d sila ngkakaltas s sweldo namin. Ano pong actions dapat gawin. Maraming English On-line Teaching companies ang hindi ngcocomply s Philippine laws. Hindi rin sila ngi-issue ng employment id kaya di nmin masabi n employed kami sa mga transactions na ginagawa namin. Pwede ba mg voluntary member na lang? Thanks.

hi! my question is why do i need to go back after 15 working days after i submitted my form and requirement for the SSS I.D. card? Di ba dapat upon submission process na agad un form, take picture and so on and so forth then wait ko nlng un card for mail? i acnt understand why do i need to come back?

the machine for i.d cards here in iloilo has been broken and still hasn’t been fixed yet. when can we have our i.d then? it has been broken for more than 2 years now..
i’ve been paying my contribution since august under a new company but until now it’s not posted.. how can i apply for a salary loan then?

Hello to SSS!! i want you to know that i am disappointed about your filling SSS id..i filled my new id last april 30, 2008. then until now i didnt got my SSS id. wow! Yes it is… you’ll just have to pay the same way you did before but you’ll have to ask the SSS about matters on how much because you are now considered an OFW member… Such cases change when you change status from self-paying to another category which is working member abroad.

Ive lost my SSS ID, and I’m on the process of a status change as well from single to married. What do I need to do so my married name will appear on my SSS ID? How long will it take?

You will have to file for a SSS change of status. Usually, if you work, you will have to get the SSS change status form from your office so that they also know about the changes on your SSS membership account as this will affect their contribution to your Social Security System remittance. In case you do not know, the system is that if you remit Php 100.00, your company will also remit their part which is of the same amount.

Hindi naman po ganoon. Actually by experience po ay mas madali ang tanghali magpagawa ng SSS ID kasi mabilis naman ang pila doon sa loob sa dami ng counters. Try nyo po para po alam din nyo… Iba iba naman po ang experience ng mga nagpapa SSS ID capture doon e.

hi, matagal na rin po yatang down ang id capture machine sa calamba office ninyo. palagi ganun nalang ang sagot ng mga employees nyo.
now, interested po ako sa bagong sss-postal id pero pano po magkakaroon nun? is it different from the one you’re currently issuing?

i got my id last 2005.after that i went abroad to get married and stayed there for 4 years.unfortunately i lost my id abroad.i just came four months back.is it possible to get new idcard even if i havent used my sss id for 4 years.iwant to know what procedurehow to get anew id card.what form to fill up.isit necessary for me to change my last name because i got married or do i have option to keep my maiden name on my new card.all my other id like passports ,imstill using my maiden name.is it possible.hope for your quickreply thanking you.

why are your employees so impolite?? it just makes us be impolite as well and can’t help it but tell you that we pay our taxes and sss fees so we’re hoping to at least talk to an employee who doesnt nag at you when you ask something. that’s the reason we asked: we dont know. i know this wont do anything but please. we are the the customers here. thanks.

I have been a member since 03/06.
I tried to access my SSS account online and check my eligibility for a loan. The reply is that I am NOT qualified for a loan since my status is TEMPORARY. I have my SSS Number but does not have an ID yet.

I applied for new sss id with my new married name. I completed the process last Sept 2009 @ SSS Legazpi City, Albay. they said that it will be mailed after 30 days but until now i havent received it. Can i pick it up instead, i’m here in Manila.

Hanggang ngayon po sira parin daw ung machine para sa sss id dito sa Lucena City branch. ang tagal ko n pong gustong magpa-id kaya lang itinuturo pa kami sa main branch. hanggang kelan po kaya mgaayos yun, mahirap lang po ako at hindi po madali para sa akin ang pumunta pa main para sa id ko. Sana po masikaso agad.

I lost my SSS ID and Im from Olongapo. Unfortunately, they said they have no machine that makes the ID. My question is, can I apply for my ID replacement to other branch online? sss id totoo ba to?, kasi nag proprocess ako ng requirements ko 5 months na wala parin akong id kahit voters id, stop parin ung comelec sa pag iissue.. grabe requirements palang pahirap na, kaya ang daming tambay sa mga pilipino. un palang ,taon na bago makuha walang kwenta sobra pahirap.

If your SSS ID was lost, then first step is to go get yourself an affidavit of loss and bring it to the SSS branch where there is ID capture machine. The SSS main branch is best for this because I have learned that all other sub branches have their SSS ID capture machines no longer working.

You can follow up your concern to the SSS office near you or from where you applied for a SSS ID. It is always best to come over in person than to transact via telephone po. Also the delivery address matters a lot so be sure that you gave the exact address you are currently living in if the delivery address is in your residence. If the delivery address you gave is in your office, then double check with your company.

Lahat po ng government institutions and offices ay closed on Saturday and Sundays and that includes the Social Security System or SSS.

nag-apply ako para sa ID nung Nov 28, 2009, hanggang ngayon wala pa rin. sana may option na pwedeng kunin na lang sa main branch nyo kaysa i-mail pa kasi napapatagal lang lalo.

We have the same concern po tungkol sa SSS ID application. We also want the SSS to give their members applying for an SSS ID to claim it instead of sending to either employer or residence. This way, ID’s don’t get stuck for long if they are already made. Let us all hope that the SSS hears this or the new government of Benigno Aquino does.

I was told that it would only take 3 months maximum.

nagapply ako nung jan.15,2010 ng SSS IS ko but until now wala padin yung sss card ko… nagpunta ako kanina sa sss caloocan branch kanina sabi ng mga walang modong guard at personel sa I.D section ay matagal pa daw yun bago makuha…at baka umabot pa ng isang taon!!!ganun na ba katagal ang proseso niyo???bakit dati isang buwan lang idinideliver na sa bahay?tapos ngayun gusto nila kaming paghintayin ng hanggang isang taon!!!

Totoo po na napakabagal ng prosesong ito ngayon ng SSS sa hindi pa malamang dahilan. Sana ay pagtuunan ng pasin ito ng gobyerno ni Noynoy Aquino dahil lubhang napakaraming umaasa dito sa SSS.

Agapita, yes you may… but you will have to get first an affidavit of loss for your ID and paki pa notarize (notaryo) po itong affidavit ninyong ipagagawa bago pumunta sa alin mang SSS branch na may SSS ID capture machine to apply for a replacement ID.

I applied my SS number at the Pasig Branch since it is near my workplace. But I reside at Parañaque. May I ask where should I file my SSS ID application? At the Pasig Branch or at the Parañaque Branch or at the Main Office? Please respond. Thank you very much.

If I may ask, what are the requirements if you want to apply again for new SSS ID because of change of name due to you got married. Do I need to bring the old ID, and do you have Manila branch for ID processing? thanks.

hello gusto ko sana continue ang contribution ko for sss kaya matagal na hindi kona nabayaran at single pa ako noon change status na ako paano ito? at nawala na yong sss number ko? pd ko sana malaman kung kukuha ako uli ng sss?

nagnareplace ako ng bgo id kc nawala ung id ko last november 2009 pa and yet ala pa din…sa main branch pa ako ngapply para sure na mabilis…naifoolow up ko na siya at ang sabi sa customer service..wala daw kayo availble na machine mga sira na daw…how can this be possible??? wala na ba pondo SSS??? san napupunta ang binabayad nmin kada buwan

hello..gusto ko po sana ipaalam sa inyong tanggapan na isa po akong contrubutor.Nais ko po sanang itanong kung paano ko makuha ang aking ID.Andito na po ako sa canada at sa hongkong ako nag apply.Bago ako umalis sa hongkong pumunta ako sa consulate para e verify kung meron na ung ID ko kaso ala pa naman daw.Kaya gusto ko po sana malaman if meron na ba ung ID ko at paano ko makuha.Sana pag nag set po ng schedule kung kailan makukuha ang ID na inaplyan,sana po matupad.Thank you for immidiate response.

Punta po kayo at try nyo sa SSS main branch and ask for more details on what you should do. They know best on your case.

You may apply for an SSS ID card in any branch near you that has the digital imaging machine. Most SSS branches do not have this anymore of if they have one ay madalas na out of line or out of service. It would be best if you can go to the main SSS branch kasi mas madali po doon at less ang pila dahil maraming counters to entertain application.

Ang website na ito po ay hindi ang mismong SSS. Kami po ay narito lamang upang tumulong na sagutin ang ibat ibang SSS member concerns sa abot ng aming makakaya.

Hello,
Na curious lang po ako dahil nag pa kuha po ulit ako ng ID sa SSS nung October 25,2009 para po sa Replacement. Kaso po ang tagal na wala pa din sa Bahay namen. Yung kasabay ko pong nag apply na mail na yung kanya samantalang taga batangas pa ho yun. In alphabetical order ho ba ang mag mail nila ng ID? San ko ho pudeng i follow up yung ID ko? Salamat

Hello,
Nag file po ako ng Request for additional name sa SSS Fresco last Oct 20, 2009.Sabi sa SSS 45 days ang process pero hangganag sa oras na ito di ko pa nareceived ang status ng application ko.
Pinuntahan ko uli ang SSS pero under process pa din daw mag antay na lang daw ng tawag. Problema baka nag retiro na ko di ko pa rin ma received. Follow up ko lang uli kung kaylan talaga nila matapos ang processing.

Ask ko lng po panu po ako kukuha ulit ng e-1 kung nawala ko po ung copy ko, pero alam ko po ung number …. ang sabi po kasi is kukuha daw ako ng new number…. hndi po ba isang beses lng puwede kumuha ng number? thanks po

hi,i applied for an sss id las january ti believed that it would only takes 5 months to process, but how come, i haven’t get my id delivered in my house..can you give me any feedback regarding this matter.

ng-apply po ako ng ID replacement last October 2009 and until now wala pa rin po ako natatanggap na ID from SSS. I heard matagal ang processing sa Main Branch sa Diliman, ask ko lang po up to when ako mag-aantay ng mail bago ako mag follow-up sa Diliman? Sobtang hirap po pumila sa SSS at kailangan pa mag-absent sa office. Salamat.

Sana po maunawaaan nyo lang na hindi lahat ng katanungan ng milyun milyong SSS members ay mayroon kaming kasagutan.
