Agapita, yes you may… but you will have to get first an affidavit of loss for your ID and paki pa notarize (notaryo) po itong affidavit ninyong ipagagawa bago pumunta sa alin mang SSS branch na may SSS ID capture machine to apply for a replacement ID.

Totoo po na napakabagal ng prosesong ito ngayon ng SSS sa hindi pa malamang dahilan. Sana ay pagtuunan ng pasin ito ng gobyerno ni Noynoy Aquino dahil lubhang napakaraming umaasa dito sa SSS.

nagapply ako nung jan.15,2010 ng SSS IS ko but until now wala padin yung sss card ko… nagpunta ako kanina sa sss caloocan branch kanina sabi ng mga walang modong guard at personel sa I.D section ay matagal pa daw yun bago makuha…at baka umabot pa ng isang taon!!!ganun na ba katagal ang proseso niyo???bakit dati isang buwan lang idinideliver na sa bahay?tapos ngayun gusto nila kaming paghintayin ng hanggang isang taon!!!

Hi, to the person in charge. Ive lost my sss id last march 7,2010 but i never report 4 lost. can i still apply 4 another id? Can i apply by on line? Thanks

Hi SSS.
July is almost over.
I haven’t received my SSS ID card.
It’s been four months…
I applied for it and had my ID picture taken in your office in East Ave.
I was told that it would only take 3 months maximum.
And I badly need the SSS ID for my passport application for my trip abroad.
Please send me an email in response to this.

We have the same concern po tungkol sa SSS ID application. We also want the SSS to give their members applying for an SSS ID to claim it instead of sending to either employer or residence. This way, ID’s don’t get stuck for long if they are already made. Let us all hope that the SSS hears this or the new government of Benigno Aquino does.

nag-apply ako para sa ID nung Nov 28, 2009, hanggang ngayon wala pa rin. sana may option na pwedeng kunin na lang sa main branch nyo kaysa i-mail pa kasi napapatagal lang lalo.

Lahat po ng government institutions and offices ay closed on Saturday and Sundays and that includes the Social Security System or SSS.

kpag saturday ba open ang branch ng sss baliwag? mon-fri kc ang pasok ko en wla ako tym for dat day..my bayad ba ang pagkuha ng e-6 form pra magkaron ng i.d? pls answer my question as soon as posible..tnx’s…
