If I qualify for 1Million loan and the interest is 14% per annum, how do I calculate the total amount that I have to pay? Is it as simple as 1M x 14% equals 140K (added to the 1M) for a total of 1.4M payable monthly throughout the agreed years of payment? (Example: 1,140,000 divided by, (say, 15 years to pay), 180 months or 6,334 per month?

Please clarify.

what is the requirments to file a ofw housing loan?because i’m a voluntary member of sss.so i please see my contribution if i’m qualified for housing loan.tnx
