A frequently asked question about SSS salary loan may also be – When can a member renew his/her salary loan with the SSS?
Basically, any form of loan from the SSS may only be renewed if you have paid in full, the loan amount including all forms of interest and surcharges. Mind you however that even if there are set amounts for any loan with regards to payment, there is no limit for the amount you want to be deducted from your salary which will go to the payment of your SSS loan.
The above statement means that you can actually pay a higher loan amortization or deduction if you want or intend to get paid and rid yourself from your loan earlier than your expected payment terms. But also remember that if the term says 2 years, then you will have to wait 2 years before you can make another loan or loan renewal.
However, it is always good to get paid earlier than the set date of payment because you can immediately make another loan application even before the date of full payment stated in the terms of your SSS loan.
Another special point you need to know about is that if the loan is scheduled to be paid within 2 years time, then after that, you can or is already allowed to renew your SSS loan. Balance of P500 or less shall be deducted from the proceeds of the new loan.

I ask ko lang po kasi ang tapos ko sa hulog sa SSS loan is nov 2012 pa so ang gusto ko is ikaltas na saakin this month of april pag nabayad naba ng company namin at na cleared na sa sss na wala na akong utang pwede naba akong magloan ulit??

Hi, I already paid my previous loan, I’m with a new employer for 2 months now. I filed for a salary loan it’s almost 3 weeks now but I’m not getting any update about my loan, I checked with my employer was advised that it was filed Nov. 9 when I checked with SSS they said that it wasn’t filed yet. I really don’t know what to do from here. The company’s process with SSS salaray loan application is that the employee should field out the SSS salary form and attach a copy of sss id or 2 valid id and they’ll be the one to submit to SSS, my question is can I submit the sss form directly to SSS? I’m suspecting that the company didn’t file my application.

Good pm. I just want to inquire about my sss loan renewal. 1st LOAN i had was way back 10-17-2011 fo 15K. I was thinking that the 2nd loanable amount will be doubled and will become 30K. So I waited until I get paid for my loan amount and just finished last Nov.30 cut-off. My Total Number of Contributions Displayed is 65 and my Total Amount of Contributions is at P99,112.00.
I’m wondering why my loanable amount is still at 15K whenever I try to apply for another loan application. Should I still wait for a certain number of contributions? How many and how much contribution is required then so I can reloan 30K.
Please advise. Hoping to hear from you soon.!

i have renewed my loan since 24th of this month, Nov, 2014 & check was generated the following day, 25th, however, today is 29th, the liaison officer in our office said, they were not able to obtain the check yet, i just want to ask, around how many can our liaison officer be able to get the check from the date it was generated? because i had a colleague in the office, she said she renewed her loan also online & in a span of 1 week, she was able to get her money.

Hi, My loan po kasi aq na 10000 sa sss. then nkapag bayad na aq 7 months. pwede ko po ba bayaran ung buong balance para maka avail ulit aq ng loan. need ko po kasi manganganak kasi asawa q at cesarian po sya. need q ng pandagdag sa pambayad sa ospital.
need to know lang po, if ma reject yung loan application mo through on line dahil di na certify ng employer yung loan application on time, ilang weeks po ba bago makapag apply ulit?
