I fractured my 5th metatarsal and am currently wearing a cast and using crutches. My doctor said that I would need these for 1 1/2 to 2 mos. Medyo hirap po kasi ako gumalaw-galaw kasi na-mastectomy na po ako kaya pag nag-e-exert ako ng effort sa left arm ko, sumasakit yung bandang left chest wall, shoulder at arm ko. Madalas po akong nag-aabsent dahil dito. Pwede po ba akog maka-claim ng temporary disability sa SSS? Thanks po.

may sss no.na ang asawa ko. Si Alexander A,. MAcalalad. Gusto po nyang i-self Employed, pero sabi po ng isang branch nio kailangan daw mahulugan ng company.. Ehh hindi nmn po naka company ang asawa ko. Anu po ang dapat gawin..

If he is employed, it could be ground on temporary disability but to what extent will your application for such be approved will all depend on the SSS doctors and your attending physician. You better consult personally to the Social Security System office nearest you regarding this matter for a 100% assurance on your case.

Sorry po, Hindi po kasi it is your obligation both to the security of your ID and to your account. If by any chance you lost your ID, you should immediately get an affidavit of loss and inform the SSS about it so no one else can use it.
