    I have filed my lump sum benefit in Cainta Rizal branch and was able to received the sum of Php 19,000.00+ only which was less than the supposed equivalent of 18 months as per computation. I was informed that it was due to the loan I made which I have already made payments as shown with official receipts attached together with my claim application that was not was deducted to my supposed lump sum benefit.
    In Nov. 25, 2013 your officer in Cainta branch said they will correct the error they had made to my claim and advised me to make follow up after a week. It is now January 2014 and nothing had been done to my claim, I have seen in your TV ads and announcement the fast and immediate the response of SSS management in this kind of inquiry from its members.
    I hope with this on line inquiry/comments you are giving to your members will facilitate the immediate release of the balance of my claim. Thank you .

    My mom has been following up with my father’s death claim and transfer of my dad’s pension to her name since January. We have submitted all the required documentation and followed all the instructions we were given. We were informed that this process will only take one (1) month for changes to reflect.

    As of this writing, there have been no changes yet and after multiple follow up, we were given the same advice, to wait for a text message confirming that the change has been completed.

    I was hoping to get a realistic expectation as to when the process will be completed and perhaps a proactive stance on managing a members’s expectation whenever a task is not completed on the committed timeline.
