My name is Ma. Zorina M. Galicia with a sss id no. of 3371982760.
May I request from your good office to adjust my premium contribution to P520. I resign from my job last July 2009 and i am now pay as voluntary from August 2009 up to the present. But i was misinformed about the payment scheme for voluntary. I wanted to have a higher contribution but i was told that my first payment which is P 520 will be put to follow to all my succeeding payments because I am also filing for my maternity loan after this. Is it possible if my contribution will be P 1,248 not P 520 and i will pay for any adjustment thereof.
Please try to look on this matter. Thank You very much and More Power!

about the voluntary contribution.. sabi sa sss sation kailanggan na mei imployer kapag mag voluntarily member.. dati na kasi akong member na nagresign..

Good day Sir, inquire ko lang po rgarding my mother in law’s disability benefits. Ask ko lang po kung bkit bigla nlang tumigil ang benepisyo nya. Na stroke po sya 2x na at di na sya nakakatayo di na normal pagsasalita at pagkilos. Sana po ay mareview nyo ang kanyang records at matulungan nyo kami kung pano sya makakakuha muli ng benepisyo. Sayang din po kase, makakatulong din yun kung sakali kahit pambili ng mga gamot nya. eto po name nya FLORA C.
