It’s been more than four months after my delivery of my first baby & more than 2 months after processing my maternity reimbursement. But until now I didn’t receive receive any refund from SSS. My husband follow up my refund in SSS office but the incharge said that my papers was resend to my employer’s address because of some problems of papers. Why is that they receive my requirements if they know that it was lacking. I already have claim slip. They forward my husband to the postal but they can’t find the letter from SSS. What happen to my requirement’s now? Employees of SSS in charge or this matter please do your job well. Sinusuhulan kayo tapos ganyan pa yung mangyari….please settle me this matter or else i will go to the authority to handle my case..

Post Office of Lapu Lapu, why you keep on denying that you didn’t receive my returned letter from sss? Pinakita na nga namin yung registered mail pero you keep on denying parin. Kung hindi ko pa pinamukha sa inyo ang list of letters na nareceive ninyo with signature ay hindi nyo pa kami ini entertain? Last week yung husband ko ang nagfollow up, nag avsent na nga pinasapasa nyo pa sa ibang mga postal area pero nasa sa inyo pala? hoy,,,magtrabaho kayo ng mabuti sinusuhulan kayo para gumawa ng tama,hindi para mapurhesyo nyo yung ibang tao…

May I inquire if the photo capture machine in your branch is in operation. Yesterday I queued at 0500 in the Cebu City branch and was informed by the office incharge that the machine broke down. If your machine is functioning kindly advise me on the appropriate day and time I need to be at your office to ensure that I can have my “photo shoot”. To Lapu Lapu City Cebu SSS Office.. Please give update about my SSS ID because until now I haven’t receive yet. It was captured last year that was July 2010 then somebody told me in your office that it will be mailed 6 months after. It’s almost one na, I really need your feedback regarding this matter.
