Bkit po sa Branch ng Makati JP Rizal hindi mag post post yung mga contribution nmin almost 3 months na hndi pa rin po ng popost, twice na kami ng pa receieved but until now hndi pa rin posted. Hindi po mkapag loan mga employees dahil require ng sss eh kylangan posted ang contribution eh ang bagal nman po ng system at ang sabi po sira daw po yung machine, Hindi nman po sila ng aacept ng original proof of payment. (payment return) panu nman po yung gustong magloan kulang po ksi yung total number of posted contribution dahil naantala sa posting….

I filed my sss mat 1 last aug.5 and our accounting asked me bakit daw yung binigay ng sss is yung notification na nasa ibaba dapat daw yun ang hawak nila.It’s my first time to file mat 1 kasi kaya di ko alam.di ba po you shld.be the one to know kung ano ang dapat hawak ninyo.kawawa naman kami mga buntis kung pabalik balik kami dahil sa fault ninyo.

Just want to complain the woman in charge of cheques status(benefit claims), the one who is answering no. 899-8755…poor customer service, parang nagmamadali, umaga pa lang kung makasagot eh parang uwing uwi na…now that we have new administration dapat reviewhin na mga qualifications sa mga ganyang positions, dapat sa mga katulad niya hindi nilalagay sa customer service..better transfer her, she is not suited/qualified for that nature of work.Remember that what we are claiming is part of our contributions as a member.Hindi yan sa inyong mga SSS employees kaya maging maayos naman kayo sa pag deal sa mga members niyo.Yung claim nga namin is last July 9 pa until now wala pa rin…its one month already akala namin 2 weeks lang as promised!

ilang days talaga ang processing ng death claims?
sabi dun sa ngprocess sa baba ng jprizal branch, 30days… 30days n kahapon since we’ve filed the application, wala pa kaming narereceive..
sabi nman nung hindi maciadong maayos sumagot sa 8978755 eh 45days ang processing.. so, ano ba talaga???
at bakit hindi pwedeng mag-follow up sa phone? di ba computerized naman ang system nyo?

madam my brother died last year i filed his ec claims sept he died on duty my requirements are complete as of now my status with my awaiting claims are not yet processed he died last may 2009 and its sept 2010 i am d lone surviving beneficiary everytime i follow up they answer on a process please how can i get my claims its over a year ang bagal ha my brothers bname is romualdo bonita molina single gunshot wounds at sta rosa laguna please have action

follow up ko lang po ung about sa loan ko kung kilan makuha. na file last january 07 2011. ask ko lang kung need ko p bang kunin dyan sa office personally or e deliver nyo?

for jp rizal makati branch… kung hindi busy, walang sumasagot sa mga phone nila. is there any other way para macontact kayo? i just want to inquire if available ang id capture machine nyo kc it would take more time and effort if i’d go there and find out na its not working. magpapa id sana ako..thank you so much! =)

Hi good afternoon.
Gusto ko sanang magloan kaya lang 34 months lang yung nakapost sa contribution ko, yung 2 months na kulang na hindi nakapost was Sept and Dec 2006. I asked a copy of my contri to my previous employer and they gave it to me, but the problem is I dont have time to forward it to your branch because of my work schedule, is it possible that I will assign a person to forward it at your branch on my behalf? And how long it will take for you to post that unposted conctri of mine?
Any feedback from your good office would suffice.

HI JUST WANT TO FOLLOW UP THE POSTING OF MY PAYMENT FROM SYKES ASIA…WE ARE BEINH DEDUCTED FROM OUR SALARY DUE TO CONDONATION..I BELIEVED THE WHOLE AMOUNT WAS PAID ALREADY..CAN WE RE APPLY FOR THE RENEWAL?

bakit ganun may mga taong makapal ang sikmura na tumatangap pa ng pension sa ganun patay na ang totoong tumatangap 2yrs na pero hanggang ngaun tmatangap pa rin? sana matugunan nyo at mahinto na ang mga kalokohan ginagawa ng taong ito!si maravini ramos ang tumatangap ng pension ng nanay nya na si angelita ramos na higit ng 2 taon ng patay! maraming salamat
