Marikina Goes by street name (falcon st, Mt everest st, etc.). it’s hard to locate your office with the address given, I understand that the bldg name is given but do I know where it is. even google Map cant locate it, The funny thing is BDO and Veteran banks are listed in google map, but a government institution such as sss cant be located.

I totally agree with the first comment..try to find it myself too but…oh well as asual hard to locate.

my mother in law sent an email to ssemail@info.com.ph and to gonzaloep@sss.gov.ph
regarding request for the transfer of her monthly SSS pension from the Bank of the Philippine Islands to TD Canada Trust. As a permanent resident in Canada. Obviously hindi makakapunta mother in law ko dito every year para lang makapag renew ng ATM card for savings account-for the SSS Pension.sobrang expensive ang airfare at hindi practical. My Father in law did the same thing. He requested Social Security Administration in the United States of America to transfer his monthly pension from the Bank of the Philippine Islands to TD Canada Trust. His request was granted at once. I hope, SSS Philippines will grant us.
I don’t know why no reply from ssemail@info.com.ph and gonzaloep@sss.gov.ph regarding this.

Good day!
tumawag lang po ako sa sss marikina branch po, para follow-up ko lang yong loan kung bakit di pa dumating sa address na binigay ko 1 month na kasi. hindi naman ako galit na kausap sa phone, kaso ang kausap ko ang parang galit. ang bastos niya, di pa ako tapos nakipag usap binagsakan ako ng phone. tinawagan ko siya uli dahil di ko nakuha name niya dahil nga binagsak niya. nung kinausap ko siya binagsakan niya ako uli ng phone. Mam kung sino ka man ha! tandaan mo taong bayan nagpasahod sayo. kung ganyan ang ugali mo na makipag-usap sa client, umalis na po kayo dyan. mahiya ka naman sa ugali mo. ang ganda ng image ng marikina baka masira lang dahil sa mga empleyado. @Mayor Del, please mayor paki seminar naman po yong iba niyong empleyado na bastos.

SSS employee sa Marikina Branch na bastos pagka-usap sa telephone, mam alam mo kung sino ka at lalong lalo na alam mo ang ugali mo. ang bastos mo mam, umalis na po kayo sa inuupoan mo. napaka bastos mo talaga. baka nakalimutan niyo na taong bayan po ang nagpa sweldo sayo. Mam wag niyo pong ibagsak ang telephon hanggat di pa tapos ang kausap niyo. may problema lang po sa sss loan kaya tumawag po ako sa office niyo. but nagulat ako sa ugali mo Mam. imbes na magbigay ka ng payo ang ginawa mo binagsak mo ang phone. @ Mayor Del, please po pakiramdaman niyo naman po ang mga empleyado niyo saan mang parte sa offices mo. ang ganda ng image ng marikina baka masira lang dahil sa mga taohan niyo. Vision ang Mission po niyo ay nakalimutan na ng mga tauhan niyo.
