I just want to now my salary loan balance? May binayaran po ba ang previous employer ko wala po kasi ako nakuha ng magresign ako (leave, 13th monthpay, and last salary). Almost 5 years din po ako s dating employer.

Dear Ma’am Araos,
My loan application was filed February 2, 2010 by our HR. Until now i got no news for the applied loan due i still have my balance from my previous loan. I inquired our HR about the said balances and they told me that I am already fully paid from my previous loan. But to my surprised I went over the website of SSS and i still have a balance of P498.31. Please i need an update what happened to my loan and the payments made by our HR. I do appreciate your response on my e-mail add indicated above.Will i re apply for my salary loan fro the second time?or Just make a follow-up on your branch?

Hi, i just want to know the status of my maternity claim? i am here in cebu but teletech has submitted our files over to SSS pasay-roxas. i went to sss today but they told me that its for review. i have filed it last april 14,2010..just want to know why its still for review.. thanks a lot..

Our loan was fully paid last April 2009 only to find out that we still have outstanding balance. Upon knowing it, we immediately submitted a copy at SSS-Pasay-Rocas Branch of receipts with its complete supporting documents last December 2009. It was received and properly stamp by SSS Loan Receiving officer, SSS loan counter of the branch and that it will be posted within 3 weeks.
Our main problem is up to now it is still not yet posted.
what shall we do? Are they so busy not to mind our request for posting? we’ve been following this up for so many times.

Good morning.
I applied for a renewal of my loan last two months ago and the application was sent back to me due to balance of 560.00.. i already talked to our hr and they sent a letter last august to post the missing amount, but until now i has not been posted.. i need to get a loan asap, i needed the money… is there any other way to fix it…

Our loan was fully paid last July 2010, pero nag online ako hanggang march 2010 lang ang naka post, hindi na nka post yung 4mos, may balance pa 2,130 pesos, nagpasa narin ako ng certificate galing ng hr with complete supporting documents (special bank receipt) but until now i has not been posted.

walang kwenta, SSS ayosin nyo naman ang serbisyo nyo, nagbabayad naman kami ng maayos at ontime sana kayo din ayosin ang serbisyo hindi yong paikot ikotin nyo yong tao pagpasapasahan pag oras na magclaim na ng benefits napakaunfair nyo naman.

ako po ay empleyado ng LIMKACO INDUSTRIES INC.. matagal na po akong nag-apply ng salary loan noon pang febrero..hanggang ngayon po wala pa po.. sabi nila baka natagalan sa opisina nyo..kaya humihingi po ako ng pang-unawa na paki-follow up na lang po.. taos puso po akong nagpapasalamat…

Just want to know if you already reflected the change in my Middle name. I submitted E-4 last Oct 3 to correct Fababier to Fababeir and till now I haven’t noticed any change reflected in my account online.
Pls. be informed that I already submitted last 1999 same request and I do have mail from Ms. Milagros Casuga of Q.C. Branch Backroom that my record was already changed but too disappointing to know despite of many follow ups,my email maybe is just one of the few who has been ignored.
I can’t avail loan because of this problem and
again, pls. help to reflect the correct record since 3weeks processing time already passed.

Hi. Would like to inquire why is there a deduction of P243.27 (SBR/TR NO. LGF00494, dated 10/21/11) from my second loan. As per our accounting head, they have paid my last amortization on time. I have even attached a copy of the official receipt upon my next loan application. Would appreciate an immediate reply. Thank you.
