New SSS Online Inquiry System Account Registration Update
Just to let our readers know, there is a new system for SSS online account registration update. You can read it in the official Social Security System Philippines website at sss.gov.ph or read it below as we took a screenshot of the said new release by the agency of the Philippine government.

The SSS website is now implementing two-phase online registration procedures for the members with the aim of ensuring the accuracy/validity of basic member information, thus, minimizing, if not eliminating, incidents of failed registration and/or non-receipt of e-mail on registration outcome.
Phase 1 will require you to provide the following information: SS number, first name, middle name, last name, date of birth and e-mail address. Upon submission of the information, these will be checked with your SSS records. If correct, the system will display the message that an e-mail has been sent to your e-mail address. The said e-mail will advise you to click on the given link to continue with your registration. In case, however, that the information supplied is different from SSS records, appropriate error message/s will be displayed on-screen to inform and guide the registrant.
Phase 2, on the other hand, will ask you to provide additional personal information such as mother’s maiden name, address, contact number, preferred user id and password, current membership status, and employer ID number (for employed member or household help only) or Receipt No./Over-the-Counter (OTC) transaction number (for OFW, Voluntary and Self-employed members). If your registration is successful, you will receive an e-mail containing your user id and password. If not, the e-mail will inform you that you have not successfully registered in the SSS website and advise you to call (632) 9206401, local 6201 or e-mail member_assistance@sss.gov.ph for assistance. You may also seek the help of the SSS branch office nearest you.

Gusto ko lang p0 sanang iparating sa inyo ang matagal ko ng pinoproblema.. Bqkit po ganon katagal ang service nyo? especially dun po sa death pension, mag iisang taon na mula nung iponasa ko u h mga req. pero pinabalik balik lang ako makatarungan po bq yun? Tapos sasabihin follow up ako ulit 3months ulit tapos may hihingiin nanaman? samantalang sinqbi nya na ok na hintayin nalang tapos nung ibinigay ko na ung address na kailangan winala pa!! sana naman po panindigan ninyo ang sinumpaang tunhkulin nyo sa gobyerno na mag hibigay kayo ng maayos na service.. dati ko pa ito g7stong sabihin .. sobrqng nakakapuno na! Sana po maauos na ung papeles namin 8 yrs na mula ng namatay ang papa namin until now wala padin kaming napapala sa institution nyo. Yun lamang po sana gampanan ang maayos na trabaho para sa ikakaunlad ng bawat isa sa atin.

Ask lang why yong SSS Pension nmin mag ina from my late Husband Luisito Vagilidad Navoa died 29 March 2004, lagi na lang pumapasok sa BPI Account ko on the 1st day of the following month. Pero today Nov 1 hindi pa rin nagrereflect. Nung nag inquire ako sa BPI Rizal Branch, Balanga City, Bataan, lastmonth, wala daw po sa kanila yong problem. Dati every 29th day or 30th day nakukuha na namin. Sana pakisagot naman po. Yng ATM nsa anak kung student sa Manila. Allowance nya yon. Thank you.

how long will it take for the SSS member to know the result of the online SSS Philippine member registration is successful or not? I did a lot of registering I thought I was wrong. Hi, I just want to inquire if I am qualified with the calamity loan? I’m a member since 2006 and I’m currently employed. I was residing in Bacoor, Cavite and I have Brgy certificate to proves my residency. My other question is I have an existing salary loan way back years ago and I didn’t know if my previous employer paid for it. So please I hope you can help me with this.
