Dear Sir (SSS),
I am Vergel S. Regencia with SSS# 03-3312754-0, a retired employee, twice, in 1990 (San Miguel Corp. 15 years) and in 2000 (Phil; Bobbin Corp. 10 years ) I have applied for pension and was given only PhP2,400 monthly and a lump sum of its equivalent for 18 months.
I have had several encounters with other pensioners with a higher benefits than me who were of lower job levels at the time of their retirement and retired earlier than me, shorter employment than me.
In this regards, please, may I ask your kind clarification why this is so. Maybe there was a mis-computation or anything that may cause this. And I am now asking your kind also to make a re-computation of my contributions and benefits for my understanding.
Thank you very much for your time. I am from Sta. Rosa, Laguna, and if ever it is necessary to visit your office, I will do it to make my point.
Best regards,
Vergel S. Regencia

Dear Sir,
I have been trying to register online on this website https://www.sss.gov.ph/sss/register.jsp, however I cannot get through. Is this website working? By the way I am working here in UAE and I have trying to contact also your SSS representative, Ms. Wilma Ortiz in Abu Dhabi, however nobody is responding to my calls. Is she still connected with SSS? I just want to know if the SSS contribution I was paying is being credited. I hope you can help me. Can you give me the telephone no. in Abu Dhabi, so that I can interact directly?
