I will be age 60 by March 16 2012 and will file with SSS for the benefits I can avail of. I would like to ask how much can I receive on a monthly pension or if I opt for a lump sum. I contribute to the maximum for over 20 years now. I retired from work in Dec 2008. I voluntarily contribute every month P780 per recom of SSS Branch in Makati so as not to leave gap before i reach age 60. Shall await your kind response.

Hello Maam/Sir, Good day. gusto ko lang po sana mag inquire about sa basic monthly pension ng father ko na si Mr. Martin Andres, with his SSS# 02-0247243-6.. kasi po ang expected amount niya sa basic monthly pension niya is 4,504.17 pero ang narecieve lang po namin this september is 3,500. gusto ko po sana malaman kung bakit 3,500 instead of 4,504.17.. please reply po via sms nalang ASAP.Here’s my mobile # 09298501770 or my father’s mobile #09084490692.Thank you po… God bless you all

I am waiting for the SSS to advise me of my pension. I live in the UK and I am not a Philippine citizen but I was a Philippine citizen when I worked in the philippines. The SSS can send me PHP cheques every month to the UK but I have no way of changing the monies to GBP and I have no bank in the UK that will accept the cheques for deposit? What do you suggest I do?

I have been working 10 years already both local and abroad. But those 10 years of working, I have given irregular contributions to SSS because of my in-and-out jobs for some reasons in health.
What do I do to catch up with my deficient contributions? And will I get a reasonable pension in the future if ever I don’t pay those contributions?
Hoping to get an ample and immediate reply from your office.

My mother is 55 years old and is unemployed. Can we still make contributions to SSS for her retirement? Can we pay the requirement 120 months in one payment? Thanks

Dear Sirs,
I have applied my pension benefits at SSS Iloilo City and subsequently was approved. However, my checque was returned as I was unable tto claim it due to miscommunication. On Sept 7, 2011, a request for clearance of RTS retirement benefit check was sent by Iloilo City branch to BRAD, SSS Quezon city.
May I therefore request status of my check as no communication has been received so far.

I am an SSS pensioner and my monthly pension is directly deposited in a bank in Baguio City. How can I get my pension converted into my bank account here in the USA so I can use it for my son’s college tuition? Please advise if I can do it online so I won’t spend anymore for an expensive travel to the Philippines.

I would like to know if the pension is based on the average monthly credit. My average monthly credit is P 14,950.00, and the basic pension I received is 9,145.32.
Does my monthly pension still be given after my lump sum, up when?

I have been trying to register online, however I can’t get through. I want to know how to avail my pension benefit. I am now 61 years old and working abroad. What is the procedure in applying for pension benefit? I have been trying to contact your representative, Ms.Wilma M. Ortiz here in the United Arab Emirates. However, all the phones registered in your website is not working either landline or mobile phone.
