This is the SSS contribution and payment form and what specific titles or names were included in this category.

Dati po akong Volountary Member ng sss,tapos po na-employed ako sa isang Company.
Ngayon po n nandito ako sa saudi,saan ko po ilalagay ang hulog ko sa contribution at loan.Sa Volountary Member po ba o sa Self-employed Member,almost 3 years na po akong hindi nakakapaghulog sa sss.At paano po ang process ng paghulog ko every 3 months po ba o monthly.Maraming Salamat po.MORE POWER s inyo.

good morning,actually my concern is not on the sss contribution because i dont see any pending regarding our contribution, in fact our contributions we’re posted/updated yet my concern is on my sss id. i was able to process my sss id since august 2010 then accordingly,as per policy in ur office,it’s stated there that the processing period is 8 months, so the expected of the release of my id is supposedly last april 2011, but very sad to say that until such time my id is not yet forwarded or release to me..please process it…so irritating….please follow ur policy which is 8 months or make a review on ur policy because it seems useless if u did not follow it,,,,

me work ako nun 2005 to 2008 me mga months na hindi nababayaran sa akin ng employer kahit binabawasan ako pwede ko pa ba mahabol ang mga buwan na hindi nabayaran sa akin kahit 2011 na? andyan pa din naman yung company na pinagtrabahuan ko.

I have a monthly pension directly deposited to my BDO account “formerly” Equitable Bank. I would like to know if possible to change my bank from BDO to BPI. Do I need to contact SSS/Philippines? What is the correct “Legal” procedure.

hi po,nandito po ako sa kuwait 6mos na.before ako umalis papunta dito nag change stat po ako@nag change ng new digitized i.d..nagtanong ako sa caloocan branch kung paano ko huhulugan ang sss ko,sabi pwede ako maghulog dito @ wala ng requirements n kelanganang problema po ng maghuhulog ako sa isang authorize n pwede pag bayaran ng contribution ang sabi sa akin kelangan ko pa ng papel galing phil embassy bago nila accept ang payment ko.dh po ako dito @ honestly di gnun kadali mga punta ng embassy for this matter dhil ndi ito kasali sa work ko.gusto ko po ituloy ang paghuhulog ko,ano po ba ang dapat kong gawin?may day off po ako pero di ako mkapunta ng embassy.pls help me..pls reply me through sms in my roaming 09292549303 my kuwait # +96555099854 or email..asahan ko po @ intayin ang reply nio.godbless po.. melody casem hermosura

pwede pa po bang irefund un advance contribution? Kc po nagvoluntary contri ako gud for 1 year kso nagkawork agd me nagdoble po ang hulog ko sa sss at un voluntary contri ko ang nakaupdate un sa company hindi po eh mas malaki po un hulog ng company. Pano po ang dapat gawin?
