The SSS E-Services or online inquiry is actually a young development related to making SSS service more comprehensive and useful even to its youngest members who have online access or internet. With the SSS online service, what members can do is to make online inquiry through exclusive access to different concerns regarding their personal SSS data.
Some of the accessible information in E-Services are contributions, membership records like loan, remittances as well as online transaction through appointment setting with the SSS branch serving near their area. Requesting copies of such records are also allowed as well as e-payments through their e-payment facility.
A members forum may also be found at the SSS E-Services section where any concern regarding SSS issues may be addressed and talked about. However, the discussion board and messages are all moderated to avoid any unruly comments and so on.
In order to access SSS E-Services, please register using your own user name and password. An E-mail will be sent by the Social Security System automatically wherein you will have to confirm. Upon confirmation, you may now use that log in details sent to you to get in the system.

dati nmn kc pwede nmn kami mag inquiry ng di ganito kahirap bakit ngaun grabe ang dami daming mga proseso.ung file kong ipinasa last year pa pero till now ala pang resulta ito sa e mail ko…pls sana ibalik ung dati na madali,,,salamat po.

This website browsing is too complicated. It should make the online inquiry fast and efficient yet it doesn’t serve its purpose well. Seems like a waste of time. They should have brought it back to the previous one to be fair with all who have and had contributed to SSS, whether currently active member or not.

hayyy naku.. SSS.. sakit sa ulo ang sistema nyo… Maglalagay ng Online Inquiry, tapos papatawagin ka sa Office nila.. e, OFW ako.. tumawag ako, pinaghintay lng ako hanggang sa maubos ang load ko sa international calls ko.. nag email naman ako, sus, isang buwan na.. wala pang reply.. grabe., SSS… ang galing nyo… galing ng IT department.. may facebook account pa..!

ako po si cirilo p cruzado jr dati na po ako may sss number un binata pa ako pero wala pa ako naihuhulog now ask ko lang po paano po ako mapapalitan un status ko kasi ho my asawa at anak po ako at 2nd paano po ako makaka-avail sa programm ng sss para sa ofw kasi po i’am working here in saudi arabia more than 11 years eh gusto ko sana ipa-activate ulit un sss number ko at makakuha ng housing loan ang mga tanong ko po eh.
1, gusto sana humingi ng form para s changing status ko po.
2, pangalawa po eh paano po un system para sa housing loan.
3, at gusto ko sana eh ipa-repair un bahay ko kung baga eh renovation ng house lang ang kaylangan ko.
4, pwde ba un asawa ko ang mghulog ng monthly contribution ko kasi po nasa saudi po ako.

Ka asar na block account ko sa sss, tama nman user ID at password na nilagay ko. dami kc ng sss, gusto lang tumangap ng pera sa member eh pahirapan nman pag loan, pati pag inquire pahirapan. dapat may online at chat service man lang kayo.

Dear Sir / Madam:
With all due respect, in the first place, I would like to inform your good office that since I had my SSS Captured last year sometime May 2010, I have not received my SSS I.D. since then. In this regard, Please take note that this is the second time that I had my SSS captured due to the fact that my previous SSS ID was never delivered to my residence.
I am afraid that what happened last time would be repeated again. I hope not. The last time, I waited for two (2) years, until I finally made a follow-up, it turned out that your mailing department had made a wrong designation of my address from 123 Mambog I, Bacoor, Cavite to simply 123 Mambog, Bacoor, Cavite despite the records show (application form) that I correctly designated my address, whoever is at fault, what matters is that the significant difference is, when the “I” designated Purok Number of our Brgy. is omitted, there is a tendency that the delivery might go to other Purok. Thus, as a consequence of such omission on the part of your concerned personnel, my supposed I.D. got lost in transit and/or might not have been delivered at all.
Anyway, I hope that the same mistake on the part of your people, will not be repeated again, because it is very disappointing and frustrating that until now, I have not received my SSS I.D.. I wonder when it will be finally delivered to my address.
In that regard, I plead that if ever there is no assurance that my I.D. will be delivered correctly, I urge you to allow me and tell me to just pick up my I.D. in your SSS Main Office as the case may be, just tell me, if it will be aggreable to you by way of an exception to the rule that the ID is delivered to the member’s house. Please treat the situation as an exception to the rule. And please advice me as soon as you approve on my request or update me as to the status of my I.D..
