Dear Sir,
my brother is an SSS member since 1993 but is currently unemployed since year 2000. he is undergoing treatment for nervous breakdown..may i know what benefits can he avail as member?

Sorry po, Hindi po kasi it is your obligation both to the security of your ID and to your account. If by any chance you lost your ID, you should immediately get an affidavit of loss and inform the SSS about it so no one else can use it.

If he is employed, it could be ground on temporary disability but to what extent will your application for such be approved will all depend on the SSS doctors and your attending physician. You better consult personally to the Social Security System office nearest you regarding this matter for a 100% assurance on your case.

Just wanted to know if I could go to the Makati (buendia) office to apply for an SSS ID. What do you suggest would be the best time to avoid the long queue?

may sss no.na ang asawa ko. Si Alexander A,. MAcalalad. Gusto po nyang i-self Employed, pero sabi po ng isang branch nio kailangan daw mahulugan ng company.. Ehh hindi nmn po naka company ang asawa ko. Anu po ang dapat gawin..

I fractured my 5th metatarsal and am currently wearing a cast and using crutches. My doctor said that I would need these for 1 1/2 to 2 mos. Medyo hirap po kasi ako gumalaw-galaw kasi na-mastectomy na po ako kaya pag nag-e-exert ako ng effort sa left arm ko, sumasakit yung bandang left chest wall, shoulder at arm ko. Madalas po akong nag-aabsent dahil dito. Pwede po ba akog maka-claim ng temporary disability sa SSS? Thanks po.

Hi ask ko lang po saan pwede magrequest ng R3 contribution list, wala po kasing copy ang company namen, need pa daw po nila magrequest, pwede po bang hindi thru company ang magrequest? di pa po kase mapost ang almost one year na contribution e, because of erroneous SSS no.

Ask ko lang po? kasi po mali po yung nailagay kong employer number,mali po kasi yung na ibigay ng agency ko. pwede pa din po ba kong magregister??..pasensya na po…I’m hoping for your kind consideration..thank you po!

Hi! gusto ko po sanang malaman kung may makukuha po ang mother ko na benefits ngayong 69 years old na siya, nakapaghulog po sya ng 10months contribution lang, meron po ba syang mkukuhang pera? ang hulog nya po ay nagsimula noong july 1986 until april 1987 after that umuwi na po ng province kaya di na sya nakapag hulog meron po ba syang makukuha? pwede rin po bang malaman kung magkano kung sakaling meron?

To Whom It May Concern:
Good day!
I would like to inquire with regards to my late father’s SSS benefits. He has worked in a private company before his employment in the government. He died last May 11, 2011 and we have not seen his SSS documents to support his claims before that he was an SSS member. Could you help us dig out his SSS documents in your system? And we would like to know if there are benefits that my mother can claim in his mortuary benefit or any benefits that could be claimed. In our knowledge, he has not claimed any SSS benefits before as a member. His name was VICTORIO CARTAJENA PARIAN, with birth date March 5, 1939.

hndi ko po maintindihan kung bakit hindi daw po magkatugma un information sken nang mgfill up po ako online hinihingi un information sken para macheck un mga nahulog ko na sa sss?gusto ko po sanang i update un mga nahulog ko.pero hindi nga daw po mgkatugma un bngay ko info sken e yun nman po ang mga nklagay sa sss form ko.

Sir, tanong ko lang po my father is a member of SSS.hes now 50 years old.nakapag hulog po sya ng 10 years when hes work in manila.he never loan.and by that di n’ya na po na pag patuloy.sayang naman po.may kukuha po ba sya?puwide nya pa po ba pag patuloy pag huhulog?ano po ba dapat gawin.name nya po is Nicasio L. Gusto ko lang pong magtanong bakit me mga pangyayaring ganito..nang magfile ako ng application for SSS loan wala nman naging problema o comment sa application ko tinanggap at inaprobahan ng SSS branch ng Laspinas,ngunit ng ma recieved ko ang checke from SSS ay me malaking bawas ito around 4000k something aside from interes na binawas ng SSS..pumunta ako ng SSS branch office ng Laspinas para mag complain..napag alaman ko dahil daw me mga unposted na di pa na post..ang tanong ko bakit inaproved nila gayong me mga unposted pa pala..at napag alaman ko rin na me over payment pa pala ako sa dati kong loan..ang sabi ng staff na naka usap ko sa branch e offset payment ko nalng daw dun sa na loan ko..kaya gumawa ng sulat ang HR namin for offsetting yong over payments ko dun sa bago kong loan.dahil yon ang advice ng staff na nakausap ko sa SSS.kaya ang HR namin di ako kinaltasan ng payments for the first month of payments .para e offset yong over payments ko.. nang mag check ako ng contribution ko merong naka post na over due at me penalty at interes pa dun sa month na di ko binayaran dahil nga po sa offetting..bakit ganun? sobra sobra na nga po ang binayad ko nagka penalty pa ako..Ngayon tapos na po terms of payment ko for 2 years at binayaran ko uli yong overdue amount ko..Our office made a letter to SSS office to refund all deducted amount from my previous loan and over payment to SSS but untill now wala pa akong natatangap..my contibution are all posted no gap and I am expected to recieve all my refund from SSS..
unfair nman po para sa mga SSS member ang ganitong pangyayari.monthly po kaming kinakaltasan ng aming contribution bakit nag kaka problem ng ganyan.mostly po dito sa amin company ay nag babayad everytime na nag papa file ng application for loan. I’m hoping na ma solve po itong ganitong problema at sana po mabalik sa akin yong sobra sobra kong binayad sa SSS.sana po maging maayos po ang sytem natin.maraming salamat po.

Gusto ko po sanang alamin ang status ng aking loan.Ako po ba ay may balance pa? Kasi po ngpabayad na ako sa lahat ng mga tuos na kinuha ng kapatid ko taong 2010 pa po.Last year pa po nag-email ang kapatid ko pero up todate wala po kaming natatanggap na ano mang response.Ayoko po na patagalin ang pagbabayad kung sakali dahil sa nagiging tubo at multa nito.Meron na rin po kaming pinadalang sulat sa SSS-Calamba Branch at katulad dfin po ng mga e-mails wala din pong reply o abiso man lang sa amin.Mangyari po lamang na sana ay matugunan itong aking pagtatanong sa inyo.Marami pong salamat.

good day po. gusto lang po malaman kung nakapag apply po ko matagal na yun sa davao city during 1970′s pa pero hindi po ako nakapagstart ng hulog sa sss. yun po ba ay consider na pwede ko pang i continue yung application ko nuon? pls reply po sa letter ko .salamat

hi,gud day.I’m having problem with regards sa maternity reinbursment ko.last january q pa naipass yung requiremnts for my reinbursement sa sss branch nmin.Then naifile na nila wait q na lng dw maipadala sa company nmin which is my mailing add.after a month wala p rn dumadating,and then ngfollow up aq sa sss branch nmin sbi nla nasettle n dw last feb 7 p.nsa post office n dw.wait pa rin aq bka kako nadelay lng.after 2 weeks,wla p rn ng punta q sa post office wla dw cla nrereciv.until now.pabalik balik aq sa sss branch @ post office wla p rn,ano pde kong gwin pra msolve problem q,Is there a way pra mtrace q @ malaman kung naicash out n ng iba yung cheke?pede b yun?thanks.God Bless.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am a British citizen with an ACR 1 and barangay Id card and it is my intention in 2013 to marry and settle in the Philippines to where I stay for 8 or 9 months a year with my filipna fiancee.With this is mind can you possibly advise me on a system of medical insurance I can apply for . I believe there is some limited cover connected with the British health department with whom I am also enquiring.Thankyou in advance for any advice / info you may supply. Michael Stanforh.
