The loan is payable in multiples of five (5) up to a maximum of thirty (30) years but not to exceed the economic life of the building and the difference between the age of the borrower and 70, whichever is shorter.

i would like to inquire how to avail a housing loan but im hesitating because i still have balance from my first salary loan. beside that im working in govt. office already and not able to continue my contributions, but i want to continue that. i would like the information about my status, please be free to answer this inquiries…waiting for your positive response. thanks!

Good Day! my name is mildred magtolis, I am an SSS member since 2002 and continues my monthly never missed my contributions every month, I send money every month to my mom to pay my SSS and check with her. I never applied for any loan ever since, because I’m here in Canada. I am planning to be home on March and planning to apply for a salary loan or Housing loan, I am paying for I think 500.00 pesos plus a month until now. I am qualified for a housing loan or what do I need to know to get a housing loan. I seldom visit philippines and my time is always limited. I hope you can answer me.
