Of course if you have a SSS loan, you would surely be interested to know about the terms. This is very important so you will know matters about the loan with regards to details that I know you will and can use in time.

So what is the term of the loan? Please read below to find out more about this information and to learn how to deal with problems in the future. First you have to know that the loan itself is payable as follows below and as stated in the official website of the Social Security System Philippines website – sss.gov.ph.

The loan is payable in multiples of five (5) up to a maximum of thirty (30) years but not to exceed the economic life of the building and the difference between the age of the borrower and 70, whichever is shorter.

    Good Day! my name is mildred magtolis, I am an SSS member since 2002 and continues my monthly never missed my contributions every month, I send money every month to my mom to pay my SSS and check with her. I never applied for any loan ever since, because I’m here in Canada. I am planning to be home on March and planning to apply for a salary loan or Housing loan, I am paying for I think 500.00 pesos plus a month until now. I am qualified for a housing loan or what do I need to know to get a housing loan. I seldom visit philippines and my time is always limited. I hope you can answer me.
