For the benefit of those who are really interested to avail of the SSS OFW housing loan program, I would like to add up additional information. This hopes to make it easier for SSS members to understand about their finance.
If you are asking what is the interest rate of the loan? This post is just perfect for you. I just won’t make it to be that long. Read below the details.
- Up to P300,000.00 – 9% p.a. fixed for the term of the loan.
- Over P300,000.00 up to P500,000.00 – 13% p.a.
- Over P500,000.00 up to P1,000,000.00– 14% p.a.
