The SSS has devised a simple set of rules for the SSS OFW housing loan. first you have to know is that the Philippine Social Security System allows up to 3 SSS members to combine in filing for a single loan.
How to Avail of SSS OFW Housing Loan
Now, since you already knew about that, let us discuss in simple terms for those who are interested to avail of this privilege by overseas Filipino workers. Here is a short guide on how collaterals work.
- The loan shall be secured by a first Real Estate Mortgage on the house and lot to be financed.
- The REM shall be annotated on the member-buyer’s TCT and shall be registered with the appropriate Registry of Deeds.
- It shall also be covered by an HGC guaranty.

Assalam Makaikom,nakabili po ako ng lot sa urbanpoor kaso dpa na processs ang deed of sale at land title kc sabay sabay lahat bigyan all members ng urban but i want 2 apply housing loan,nasa riyadh ako what will i do para maka avail ng housing loan.i want 2 visit pinas by june,inshaallah!

hi good day, i am working as a nurse for 2 yrs and 7 months in the philippines and a member of sss till june of 2010, then i resiged last july to work in kuwait? how can i continue my contribution and what process? i want to contribute as for ofw sss member.. tnx

may itanong lang ako mayroon kasi akong lote gusto ko mag apply ng housing loan para ipatayo ng bahay pwede ba ako maka avail ng housing loan

mam sir tanong ko po kung pwede mag housing loan pero na ka mortgage sa bank yung title ko pwede po bang i pullout ko at sa sss ko i apply loan at may ongoing construction na po ng bahay yon seaman po ako salamat

Magandang araw po, ittanong ko LNG po kung pano ko maippatuloy ang sss contribution ko. OFW po ako. Paano din po mag check ng contribution online. Maraming salamat po.

may lupa po ako sa nueva ecija.may naipatayo na rin po ako bahay kaya lang di pa tapos dahil kinulang sa pera.pwede po ba ko maghousing loan para matapos yun bahay.ano po ba ang mga requierments na kailangan i submit..thanks
