my husband sss housing loan benefits wa used by my sister in law, after 2yrs of monthly payment, my husband died, and the house and lot was awarded to my sister in law. undortunately she can not claim the title because she needs our signature. she was the one who file a housing loan and my husband is co-maker by the, the agent put my husband as principal borrower without my signature, now they are goin to sell the propery without my knowledge and my childrens signature. we are all here in dubai, can she sell the property without our signature? my husband name is Levy R. Serapio. thank you and God bless in the name of our Lord Jesus

im a licensed real estate broker..there are ways para maging mabilis ang pagbenta its either u fraud it or not..anyways..sana u can also understand why you have to sign the documents, since it was ur sister in law who is paying the loan, on legality yes its ur hubby who is the real owner, but kung titingnan sa situation na pang tao at makatao at pang intelihente, yung sis in law mo ang talagang may ari, ginamit lang nya co maker hubby mo coz sya ang pwedeng bigyan ng housing loan at hindi yung sis in law mo..and nung nag file sya, ok lang na wla kang signature, coz ang hubby mo ang may name at may contribution sa sss..hope u understand and sign the docs..coz its ur sis in law who has the right..
